Ummm, I missed the question here? I take it you're looking for someone. Do you have a general idea where he/she may be? You could try online telephone directories like smart pages or anywho. If he/she is driving, many states offer DMV information online for a small fee. Property records are also available in some counties, so you may be able to locate your friend or his/her parents.There is also something called "skip trace" that collectors and private detectives use. A PI would have resourses but would also charge you. I guess it boils down to how badly you wnat to find your friend. Good Luck, I hope you find him/her.
