someone told me to do breath exercises and they help sing longer but not sound better, i don't sound horrible when i sing but sound as if i'm straining and i am and my throat hurts after word. Is there anyone that can help sound better and not strain my voice or hurt my throat trying to do it...

I believe that men and women are different but should be treated equally by society.
I work the night shift in a company and most of my collegues are men who spend half of their night surfing the net or sleeping or talking about sex and I end up doing most of the work. I have complained to the manager who completely ignored me, and now I found out that most of them are getting paid more than me. This is so unfair.
Do you think that men and women are treated equally??

...to try and prove God's existence to none-believers? the only reason we believe is by the faith God gave us '...it is a gift of God' we cannot give others faith, so why are we constantly trying to prove his existence to them? We should prove his existence through our actions and our lives, know us by our 'fruits'.

Instead of getting into heated arguments which will pretty much go nowhere, why dont you pray for unbelievers, that God will not give them over to reprobate minds, and that he, through Jesus Christ 'no one comes to the Father but by me' will, will draw them to Him.

Love all like Christ, and dont forget where you have come from.

If you read my past question I just rencentely got out of a relationship. I don't regret the relationship or miss for that matter.
I think it's funny though that when a girl and a guy break up, how everyone wanted to "get with that girl". And they are soo sweet to the girl and tell the best things you could hear just for that one thing they want, and think that the girl don't know what's going. GUYS GIRLS PLAY THE GAME TOO, DON'T LET US FOOL YOU. Then they start competing with each other.. OMG It's sooo funny.

How many have had this happen to them??

I keep reading answers and theists calls atheists "ignorant" or "immature". Then there are answers where atheists attack theists and their faith. I have questions, i ask them, but i don't refer to others with different viewpoints as "ignorant". Does anybody else get irritated by this attack? Religion is like a battle for people who just want to be right!

I have an 8 month old maltipoo who has gotten into his head he should go to the bathroom on my livingroom carpet!! He was totally clean and always went outside until a week or two ago ... OK, we live in Maine, and it's cold, but so far he has always done his business outside .... We walk him in the mornings, frequently during the day, last thing at night .. he sleeps in the livingroom, and nearly every morning now for the past week we find "surprises" on the carpet! What do we do? I clean the carpet, but suppose he can still smell where he went ... any suggestions other than getting rid of the carpet and/or the dog? Crate him at night? What? This is becoming intolerable ...

when i press the accelerator its almost as if there is no power and i can hear a deep gush of what i think is air, also it has started smoking from the exhaust and leaving a black soot like deposit on the ground, drove it today and it seems to have lost a lot of its power, its a 1.6 petrol zetec engine, can anybody please offer some advice, many thanks in advance.

I am 22 and I've had my period for 11 years, and I've been irregular the whole time (meaning my period doesn't come on at the same time every month, and I sometimes even skip a month without having one). How am I supposed to know when I'm ovulating if I don't know when my period is coming?

on friday when my guy and i were watching tv. a man with a nice body was on and my guy was like DAMN..but then he heard the way he said it..and tried to cover himself by saying "i know thats what the ladies are probably saying"...this has happened on a few occasions..when ever my guys sees a man with a nice body..hes like DAMN..and then tries to cover it up so i wouldnt think that he is gay..or he would say something like to cover himself.."i am not saying that in a homo type of way"...is this normal..should i be concerned..maybe he likes men but never acted out...I know that i make comments towards women..if a woman has a nice a s s..i say damn...**** she looks good..so would that make me bi...crazy right...help

My parents bought me deep fryer for christmas, and I am setting it up. It is a pretty nive digital one, not the little round ones for 20 bucks at walmart.

Should I use vegetable oil, or another kind? I know there is one oil that is really bad for you (i think it is corn).

I worked in restaurants when I was a kid and know to filter the oil to keep it clean. How long should I keep the oil? I hold about a gallon to gallon and a half of oil. Should I keep it in the fridge when not in use or leave it in the fryer with the lid closed? I plan on using it maybe 2-3 times per week.
