Besides Esau and Jacob, there are also Pharez and Zerah (Genesis 38:27-30). Also, one of Jesus' twelve disciples, Thomas, is referred as "Didymus" in John 11:16. Didymus means "a twin", but it is unclear whether Thomas actually was a twin or if that was his surname.
