I believe that men and women are different but should be treated equally by society.
I work the night shift in a company and most of my collegues are men who spend half of their night surfing the net or sleeping or talking about sex and I end up doing most of the work. I have complained to the manager who completely ignored me, and now I found out that most of them are getting paid more than me. This is so unfair.
Do you think that men and women are treated equally??

No, men and women are not treated equally; far from it! Women as a group get very short shrift in business, commerce, etc., and I say it's a d----d shame. Men's greater physical strength meant much more to human survival in ages past, so the habit of thinking themselves superior to women became deeply ingrained in men over many, many generations. Some men still primitively think of women as their inferiors. I thank God I don't. The only remedy I can see, as with other types of prejudice, is education, education, and more education.

Of course not. Men and women can never be equal no matter how much feminism takes over our modern society.

My thoughts on women
1) women are extremely intuitive and emotionally intelligent.
2) women can use their sex to their advantage, but end up becoming a company whore as a result and never get any respect. I think a study was done where women who DONT use sex appeal in a work place often get ahead and with more respect
3) women can be extremely hard working and can surely manage to have jobs that men ahve, except for playing linebacker for a professional football team. That is just absurd.

MEN
1) Are the bread winners
2) Simply want to do good work and get ahead in their careers. That's what men are born to do, to accomplish and become achievers. They have much more pressure on them to succeed than women do. that's why you see more boys dropping out of high school and than women.
3) Most good, honest, hard working men would never mind being under an intelligent woman who understands the work they do. BUT there are always sleaze balls who make other good men look bad.
4) MOST Strip clubs and bars are NOT one of those places where women workers will ever be treated with dignity and respect.

In some ways they are, in others we still lack as a society. When I was in the military the women of the same paygrade got paid less. The reason, they did not have to adhere to the same requirements in physical fitness, were not allowed in many situations and got first choice of duty stations such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc but that was 20 years ago. I'm sure it's changed at least some by now. I'd get a resume out there for another opportunity.

They should be both treated like equal human beings, with equal rights, regrettably, this is not always the case with women, especially in Eastern Countries.

hell no... sorry but it depends on the man ,like the ones at your job..thats so not fair. But i dont think i want to be treated just like them..we should be treated better. We are the ones who have the babies and handle a diferent intellectual male need everyday.we know we can do the mental and physical things they can. but if we tell them that then they will feel useless. The day we become truly equal.. i dont think i will live to see that

In many instances, no, but I do believe there is more equality now than there ever used to be. Hopefully, there will be that equality one day.
