I'm not sure about all seven but I would take a guess at:
Saffron for sure
Caviar ( the white kind)
Truffles
Certain types of beef (don't know what kind)
Ostrich eggs ( just a guess)
Escargo
Specialty Mushrooms

When will you let us know the correct answers?

Saffron, Kobe beef, Beluga caviar (which I don't think you can get any more), and certain types of fish used for making upscale sushi. I don't eat sushi that often, so I can't remember the name.

Seven. Well here's my guess. Caviar, black/white truffles, wine, foie gras, saffron, rare teas (can go for 1000 an ounce!), wild chantrelle mushrooms, are all up there.
