Nope. No correlation. It is genetic, and some times there are ethnic similarities, but no, taller guys don't necessarily have larger penises.

There is no relationship between the two, in fact tall guys can "look" smaller than a short guy although the thing may actually be the same size. No 7 shoes may look small on a 6'5 man but big on a 4 year old....get the idea.

No, one doesn't necessisarily mean that the other is true. Size of genitalia is decided genetically, I've known some jockeys that were very well endowed.

Beeing a man, i would answer that 60% of that is true.
Free advice: if you go for men with big muscles, you'll get a big disapointment.
Also, penis enlargements are more and more common, so in some cases, apareces can be deciving.
