I am convinced 98% of cases brought without lawyers are decided against the Non-laywered side on Techicalities Before any Trial on the facts.
A lawyer who wrote for ligtigation for the Amer Bar asso. went through this long diaglouge on how to defend against PRO-Se the Latin for Self-represented with a lawyer. called it a David vs Goliath deal, then said he never lost a pro-se case.

After a few rounds in the Court System, losing on premalilary motions, winning the cases settled out of court. Then emailing the US Justice Dept. being told they do not track Pro-se cases Also calling the administrative offices, being told here again they do not track cases by pro-se wins or loses. I have determind that its not an over estimation to say 98% of all Pro-Se cases LOSE Before or Without TRIAL.

This means Until mproved justice belongs to those who can fork over 3 month rent for a lawyers retainer. This means more than half of all Americans cannot afford an attorney

I live in Texas and when the temp gets near freezing we leave the water running a little so our pipes don't freeze. What do they (y'all) do if you live way up north like northern Minnesota or even Canada? Are the pipes built different so they don't have to have the water running 24/7 all year?

Three Stupid Wives

An Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman were sitting in a bar, drinking, and discussing how stupid their wives were.
The Englishman says, ''I tell you, my wife is so stupid. Last week she went to the supermarket and bought $300 worth of meat because it was on sale, and we don't even have a fridge to keep it in.''
The Scotsman agrees that she sounds pretty thick, but says his wife is thicker.
''Just last week, she went out and spent $17,000 on a new car,'' he laments, ''and she doesn't even know how to drive!''
The Irishman nods sagely, and agrees that these two woman sound like they both walked through the stupid forest and got hit by every branch.
However, he still thinks his wife is dumber. ''Ah, it kills me everytime I think of it,'' he chuckles. ''My wife left to go on a trip to Greece. I watched her packing her bag, and she must have put about 100 condoms in there and she doesn't even have a pen!s!''

I'm talking to this guy, we've been "friends" for about a year. Just recently we started getting closer than before we call each other more and see each other alot more than we used to. He shows that he cares a lot more like by telling me things like I need to put on socks before I get sick. But he only comes to see me after hours so I'm not really sure if there is anything there. However he is a very busy person and I know what he does will keep him out late at night because I've gone with him before, but is there anything more? I find this really odd. Christie Hemme came out in WWE's Diva Search shaking her a$$ and showing off her t!ts as much as she possibly could. She danced around being a big sex symbol with the WWE. Now she has the nerve to come out in the middle of the ring and cry about not being treated the way she deserves. All of the women in wrestling have huge chests and hot little bodies and parade around with barely any clothes on showing off as much skin as possible. Their are even instances where they have flashed. Am I supposed to treat them with respect after that? She should stop her whining and actually have a good WRESTLING match or something and MAYBE I will respect her, but after this "b!tching and moaning"-- not likely.

i worked fulltime for one company in the last year where I received payment via checks but was not considered an employee of the company, enjoyed no benefits and wasn't even listed with the company's payroll.Under what status do I file my taxes?
