I had a previous question about this but i thought i should make another one.

Two days ago while i was sparring with someone in the karate practise, both of our knees hit each other and it hurt me so much i wasn't able to continue the practise, but not him, he was able to continue and that's when i realised that i have a problem and i shouldn't be hurt so easily because of a simple impact specially after still being in pain the next day when my sensie told me it's a simple hit and it should go away in a little time (by that he meant that i should just rest for the end of the training and it would be fine).

I allready workout alot but i need to know how to get stronger bones, in my previous i got an answer telling me i should get this every day:

1500 mg Calcium
600 IU Vitamin D
25 mg Iron
25 mg Zinc

Can someone tell me in which foods can i get those? And how can i get more muscle to surround my knee and hands? Eggs? Milk?

I really need to know what to eat each day.

My Cat Mookie, is licking himself bald on his back legs and now his belly. I have had him to two different Doc's, and one gave him pills and one gave him a shot, neither worked. He was tested for allergies and so far nothing, I bought him a hood collar and this seems to work Only, he can't wear this the rest of his life. Has anyone run into this problem?

Social Security can't ever be bankrupt right? Plus there's 401K. These two things should keep me alive when I turn 67 with no cash right? My grandpa stays in a nursing home that costs $70,000 a year but the government pays for it all because he's poor. He just has to give up his social security which is $300 bucks a month anyways. He could also stay in a private hospital room for free. By the way I'm 21 years old.

Anybody watch "Pucca"? Cuz I do! I was wondering why the two main characters Pucca and Garu never talk. They make little noises like grunting sounds and little stuff like that. All of the other characters talk on the show, but I don't understand why Pucca and Garu don't talk to each other. I know Pucca loves Garu. How is he gonna know that she loves him? I am waiting for an episode where Pucca says, "Hello, Garu. I love you," or something like that. I know if I took over the script for "Pucca", I'd make them talk. I'll be like, "Talk, damn you!" LOL.
