I have this friend that i really really like..as in a crush. Problem is, she is sometimes very sweet or academic. She's cute as well...There's this other girl. She's my friend only, and I flirted with her a bit. But she reciprocated..They are both "waiting" and are looking for the guys they think they'll like. So, who should I go for? Coz, I think we're all confused!

If you think you are all confused, then I could safely say you are all not ready for it yet.....still too young. You know one is just a crush, the other just a flirt and both are not waiting for you but other guys they think they'll like....
So, young man, why wait? Move on with your own life.....go for others.
The way I see it, it is definitely NOT a dilemma at all, simply because you yourself already know the answer.
