mmk. so does anyone use an eyeliner that they put on the inisde rims of eyes and stays on all day without smearing, smudging, or running off, or having to reapply( on the inside rims)? if u do that would be great if u could tell me. kthnxbyee<3

i dont think u are meant to put it on the inside of your eyes that is bad for them

Using eyeliner like that will pretty much always cause it to smear. it is close to and touching your "wet" eye. Do not use liqulid on the inside of your eye as some suggested. It won't stay and will make your eyes burn. Try using a good dark pencil (AVON luxury eye liners are super dark[not the mechanical ones]) and use a thin brush to apply black shadow over the liner. This will definitely increase the staying power.

Liner on the inside rim should be a kole or a kajal....these are natural and will not clog tear ducts. They do wash away with the water in your eyes...but this is a good thing. Meaning it wont damage teard ducts and wont damage your eyes. If you get a good kalal..like Lise Watier...Or Lancome...it lasts a bit longer. But to use a waterproof formula on the inside rim is asking for trouble.

If you put eyeliner on the inside rim it is gonna come of because it's so close to your eyes. Try to put it on the inside and right under your eyes. Don't use the really cheap pencils they don't wear as long.

when I wear it like that I use Loreal pencil perfect self advancing eyeliner it stays at least 6 hours befor I have to reapply and goes on without irritating my eyes.

Liquid eyeliner will give you better staying power. Most pencils will wash away from the normal actions of your tears, and blinking.

its called BYS..in australia its about $3 and i highly recommend it.
dont use liquid because it will burn and its bad for your eyes (it might rin into your actuall eye).
BYS may be cheap cost but ive been using it for about 3 years and ive had no problems. in my opinion i rate it higher than maybeline and rimel.

i put it on the inside of my lids i heat the liner with a lighter and let cool a little then put it on.
