From what I have seen of them here in the media, I truly wish we had them here especially when you see juveniles rioting at the opening of a world cup tennis tournament, I am so ashamed for how the world sees our country right now after that disgraceful display. Our youth need structure from somewhere if they are not learning from home (this does not mean that every parent is not trying either, the kids just won't listen) and are running in gangs with pack animal mentallity.

Lol, that boot camp stuff does not work. They all go in with high school diplomas in crime and come out with PHD's by comparing ways to perpitrate crimes.
