Don't blame her, he's the one cheating, and yes, it is cheating. Even if he hasn't had physical contact with this woman, he's cheating in his head and heart. If this is something you don't want to live with, kick his butt to the curb. If he's been good until now, and you want to see what happens, and try to work it out, than give him another chance. The choice is yours, but do you still trust him? Can't really have a marriage without trust. Maybe counseling might help you, also. Good luck

There is 2 kinds of cheating. Physically cheating and Emotional cheating. In a way I think Emotional cheating is worse. Having sex is something that you could do with almost anybody, but when you are emotional cheating you are connecting with somebody else. Time in a relationship is valueable and if youre spending alot of time talking to the other person, your gf is getting left out while youre connecting with somebody else.

My mother's husband has been having affairs with women online for years now. She finds out about it, they fights, he tells her he will never do it again, and she takes him back. A couple of months later, he's back online with another hoochie. She keeps believing him that he will change.
The fact of the matter is, he knows he can get away with it, so he won't stop unless you make him sweat. If he loses you, even if only for a little while, then maybe it will really make him think twice about the other woman. Or maybe you can go on to find someone who will treat you with the respect you deserve, and he can go pursue other relationships and hopefully get a taste of his own medicine. Don't believe him, sweetie. You're only going to make this harder on yourself, and he will think he's got you wrapped around his finger.

He says it didn't mean anything but he told her he loves her. How do you know he doesn't? What else is he going to tell you? And how do you know he's in touch with her? Are you sure? Your concern is with him, not the woman. Laying a smackdown (?) on her won't change his feelings, whatever they may be. You should be able to tell. Might even make him protective of her. Is this worth ending your marriage? I don't know the true feelings here. It's your decision.

I would take a bat to the computer and destroy the computer so he cant do that anymore, but then he would probably just start calling the sex hotlines or just start going to bars, it just will get worse normally. I had an exhusband that call the sex hotlines and then went on to cheating so get rid of the guy now cause more then likely he will not change.

"he's having an online affair" and you're asking if that's cheating??? Of course it is. Dont blame "the homewrecker". He's the one who cant be trusted. What makes you think he needs another chance to break your heart?

Call it what you want... he is being intimate with another person, just not physically. But I don't think it's physicality that's bothering you.
If it's a fantasy, he's certainly treating it as real.
No, he owes you a big darn explanation, AFTER which he owes you a LOT of rebuilding of faith in a VERY short time. And I wouldn't be all that patient with him.
If your kid lied to you you wouldn't put up with it, would you? You'd ground him, right? Well, consider your guy grounded at the VERY least. And take a way his "privileges". :-)
Good luck.

It is the same as cheating, marriage is about love not sex. You should be the only one he loves not anyone else.
I would let him know he could be fantasizing about a 300 pound man too. ( in this case it would be Hilarius)
Get online while he is away and tell this girl he is married. Ask her to leave him alone. If that don't don't work. Kick his *** out. Then go after his cyber whore.

Are you thirteen years married with three children? If this is not the case, I say get rid of his sorry self. Is this cheating? Depends on how you define cheating. However, it certainly is the behavior of a guy who isn't going to spend the rest of your lives trying to make you happy. You deserve better.

Kick his butt to the curb....and lay the smackdown on him, not the chick. She may be totally unaware that he was in a relationship.
