there was a girl that had a crush on me, I called her and wished her happy new Years. i don't have a crush on this girl, but I thought it would be nice. The conversation lasted about 30 seconds. My girlfriend found out and accused me of cheating. I said I was sorry and said that I didn't mean to hurt her. My friend who I have not seen in two years comes into town. The night before he broke up with his lady of 2 years and was pritty bummed. My women got drunk and told him that I cheated on her and poked fun at my manhood,(if you know what I mean). This was also in front of her friends. I was so hurt that I had to go to bed. As I lay in bed she screamed at the top of her lungs how much of a loser I was. I heard everything she said and I left. When I came back I told her if she hated me so much I would leave. this was met by her punching and slapping me, and saying she said it becuase she loved me and wanted to be honest. After I left to show my friend around town. She called her father.

And they wont go to sleep until 10 pm. I have a nice bed-time routine where we go up half an hour early or so to read together, but after I've gone they stay up chatting until all hours. They need their sleep as they find it hard to wake up in the mornings,how can I get them to go to sleep earlier?

There used to be a PC game that I had, it was called something like, ..."the thirteenth door" or something to that effect. It was inside a haunted house, and you had to solve puzzles to progress throughout the game. Does anybody know what I am talking about? When i was 9 there was a massive family fall out and i didn't see my half sister at all. I lost my brother and other sister but they have come back to our side of the family since. I am 16 now and My sister has been married and had a baby, I found out 5 months ago that she had breast cancer, i know i should have gone to see her and yes i do feel guilty, but just before christmas she died. My dad knows (it's his daughter) and hes acted like he doesn't care. My boyfriend said "if she cared then she'd have called - we both know that" So i can't talk to him - I'm not sure how to feel i feel guilty but i don't knwo what to do or what i can do - please help

When I drink whiskey, tequilla, or vodka, I always seem to get to a point where I blackout and get angry and nasty, but when I drink beer I seem to stay in the good mood. Is there something in hard liquor that might be responsible for this, or is it just that I'm getting more drunk on hard liquor and I can't handle the hooch?

Just came across something of interest on Hitler on the History Channel. He was a very poor public speaker and had to be taught to do it better. He had what we today call spin doctors, who taught him the best way to put a good spin on his beliefs. It surprised me who it was that first taught him, in 1919, what he needed to know. This was after a very disastrous speech in which he was booed from the stage in 1919, five years before the Nazi party took note of him.

It is only recently that this was learned, from silent home movies which has been sitting in storage since the end of the war. They had begun using lip readers to translate the movies

Assume a function F = F1(x) F2(y)
where x = X + x', y = Y + y'. X is a mean value and x' the fluctuation about mean.
F ~ [F1(X) + (dF1/dx) x'] [F1(Y) + (dF2/dy) y']; this uses 0th and 1st order approximation of Taylor series expansion; derivatives are expressed at mean value X and Y.
So F ~ F1(X) F2(Y) + (dF1/dx) (dF2/dy) x'y'; here I took the average of F, so that the average of x' and y' is zero.
My question is that I'm dealing with large fluctuations about the mean and I found that F cannot be approximate by a Taylor series expansion even when I take higher order terms. Should I give up on this, or is there a better way of expanding functions with large fluctuations about mean?
Any help is appreciated, and please contact me if you need clarifications.
