The story of these two games is very similar: reaching the top. I loved Scarface more because you can get to drive cars and eliminate gangs etc.
They are both good games but my favourite is Scarface the World is Yours.

Bully is an awesome game! scarface isn't that good instead of scarface i would recommend GTA:San Andreas.
