Just came across something of interest on Hitler on the History Channel. He was a very poor public speaker and had to be taught to do it better. He had what we today call spin doctors, who taught him the best way to put a good spin on his beliefs. It surprised me who it was that first taught him, in 1919, what he needed to know. This was after a very disastrous speech in which he was booed from the stage in 1919, five years before the Nazi party took note of him.
It is only recently that this was learned, from silent home movies which has been sitting in storage since the end of the war. They had begun using lip readers to translate the movies

His frist speech was soon after leaving the military, so he had no resources to pay anyone to help him.
It is on today's History Channel program "The Private Voice of Hitler." This is a new program.
