I live in Las Vegas. About two years ago I plead guilty to one count of domestic violence after an altercation with my brother and only my brother. The situation arrose after I told him to leave because of drugs and alcohol abuse. Him fighting with his wife and general slobenness. Since the altercation he has been arrested twice on two felony counts of domestic violence, dui, and stealing a vehicle. He is into meth and drinks heavily still. I on the other hand have abided by the courts sentence and followed through with classes, community service, and my fines are up to date. I loath alcohol and drugs and haven't had a past of violence. It isn't the actual sentence that is hurting me but the stigma of having a domestic violence on my record. There were multiple jobs that I was interested in (teacher, CPS worker, police officer, and school bus driver) but because of the DV I cannot get into. What is the possiblilites of a judge reducing the crime after this is all over?

I took an Equate brand pregnancy test. My control box was perfect, but my results circle left me confused. The vertical line was DARK, but the horizontal line was pretty faint.

i was gonna head out to go shop at hot topic and needed 25 bucks to get money for pants so i come downstairs and say hey i need a 20 spot, my moms liek "what for?". i go i need a spare o pants cuz my current one has a whole in it. they my sister made a really nasty comment, and i called her a dirty slut right in front of my mom. but listen, she is one she hangs out with way too many ppl she prolly gets it evry other night. lol. she can be so nasty and i had a headache. so my moms like. WHAT DID U Say. and im like u heard me, and then she says i cant do nothin for the rest of the week. im like WTF mom i made plans with my friends 3 weeks ago. i mean does she even care what my sister said to me?! honestly i know what i did was wrong but dont u think my mom should have heard what my sister said to me instead of flipping out on me? i just feeel like the whole world is against me sometimes. any advice?

My baby has pooped white, strange looking and HORRIBLE smelling poop twice today. He has also been throwing up- once was clear, second time was all formula (not breast feeding for honest-to-God medical issues- let's not even go there) about 15 minutes after he ate. No fever- he's acting normal. Oh- and he's five months old. And yes- I have called the pediatrician, but we had a "snowstorm" and I left a message with the answering service and am waiting on a call back from the doc. Thank you and have a great day!

My favorite was Rapunzel (and I'm glad Disney's making a movie 'bout it)! 'Coz I like how the story goes... A girl trapped in a tower, a witch, Rapunzel singing, the lover-prince... It's a beautiful story. When I was a kid I often Imagined myself as the Prince. How 'bout you guys? Favorite fairy tales, anyone? I know this sounds kinda dumb but bear with me for a while here... OK I meet this girl at a coffee shop and we hit it off really good we talked for like 1 1/2. Then she called me up and wanted to get dinner and a movie. But since I wanted to go alittle slower and get to know her better. We just saw the movie. She hugged me when we first meet at the movie and I hugged her when we left. I probley should have kissed her. I wanted to but wanted to take it slow and steady. Well she had finals and couldn't do anything the next week. Then she went home for school vacation. I called her on the 24 to make sure she made it alright and got voice mail. Then e-mailed her Jan 2 with my new cell number. I still haven't heard anything from her. I don't know if were done or she got into an accident. I don't want to contact her a 3rd time. WTF should I do? I kinda miss her.

So I've only called her once and e-mailed her once. After her last reply. There was a snow storm so I'm not sure if she made it ok or not. I'm worried and don't know what to do. One last call?
