I am trying to add bulk to my body. I am a hard gainer, even with lifting 4-5 times a week consistently. I have just started implementing a new eating routine, where i wake up and consume cereal, yogurt, oatmeal etc at about 9am then go back to sleep until 12 pm every day of the week. My question is, will this benefit in my quest to put on muscle, or is eating and then is eating then going back to sleep bad technique to obtain the calories and proteins i need for during the day? Light on this would help...thanks
