It's never too late! Once they hit 6 or 7 most speech patterns are set but can still be changed!

The earliest intervention is the best. As soon as you suspect a speech/language delay, you should get your child assessed and have them recommended for speech services.

No nothing is ever to late when I was working at a preschool they did it at age 2
