Is it safe if I mail it just first class mail certified mail ?

Are there any other good options?

I don't want to get a paypal chargeback reversal thats why.

Send it via signature confirmation, AND insure it. This way, you'll have proof they received it, and it will be insured in case it gets lost. And make sure you insure it for the value of the card. If you ever need to provide tracking info to Paypal, it needs to trackable online, and you can't do that with certified mail. Good luck!

Send it Priority Mail, with Return Receipt Requested (so the receiver will have to sign for it) and delivery confirmation .. so you know when it arrives. Also insure it for the $500.00.

First class mail certified mail will be ok too if you have Return Receipt Requested (so the receiver will have to sign for it) and delivery confirmation..

Your post office can answer this best.I would ask for delivery confirmation and insure it.
