I have been excercising on a regular basis for the past 3 months. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week and excercise for an hour (cardio) at a time. On the days that I excercise, I can't seem to fall asleep. On the weekends, I will excercise in the middle of the day, around 2 in the afternoon. Like yesterday, I went at 3 in the afternoon and was up until at least 1 last night. Is it just me, or do other people have restless sleep paterns after vigorous excercise?

What can I do to help? I'd rather not take any meds for it.

My steering wheel is locked and the key wont turn over. How do I unlock it? I have a toyota corolla. Could it be cuz its 8 degrees outside and I havent started the car all day? I put wd 40 in it, but that didnt seem to help any. Im going back out there in a few to try it again.

Get a passport for his children without the mother knowing.?

We met online & we communicate daily via e-mail/phone. He lives in TX, me in IL. We got 2gether twice. He says he is old fashioned & don't want me showing "his stuff", my body off in revealing clothes, like mini skirts. He seems to feel our relationship is 2 good 2 be true. I might go out 2 a club once a month w/my friend, & he gets upset saying to me that he doesn't want a party girl. He got upset that I told a man @ my gym that my heart was already taken by my cowboy from TX, why I don't know since I was trying 2 let people know that I am not available! He misunderstands me alot on the phone & through e-mails, he will say stuff like, "You talk to me like you think I'm stupid", when I don't. He is really sweet & wants to take care of me. Plus he wants me to move to TX & be his last woman. Do I go for it? I really am crazy about him, but I don't want to make a mistake.

My computer updated itself after I told it not to(must be a man, no, Im jokin) lol, anyways, I told it not to update to the new internet 7 I think it is. Anyways, I hate it. Its nothing but a bunch of squares where the adress usually is and theres no toolbars and well I hate it. Is there anyway that I can get rid of it and go back to my old internet setting that I had? I cant understand this one and I would like to see where Im at even if I did type in the address myself, I still dont know if maybe it took me to a different site, know what I mean bean lol. Please help anyway that you can..........I have 2 little kids that use the computer and I keep track of where they have been........like I said, I get squares where the address is suppose to be.

I know there are various mounting kits available, but I'm not sure what to use. I was thinking about drilling a 1 1/4" hole in the bottom of the post (and double floor joist below) and gluing a 1 1/4" dowel rod into it. Experienced advice would be appreciated.

I am 17 yr boy and I wanted to do some 'work at home jobs' and tried most of them like surveys,proofreaders,reading emails and gettting paid,writing blogs for money.Some of them worked but paid very little amount. So i want to know is there any real job anyone can tell me which is like real .
