I'm a middle-aged, Mormon mom for pity sake, I wouldn't be talking about bums on a public forum.
For those of you who are wondering, yes, there is a connection here between the Q and the A -- Tony Blair has a bum, and it has a bald spot and no, I don't find it alluring. Some would argue that he IS a bum.
