I was caught in a tornado and was nearly killed only while trying to help dig victims out I was horrified to find an 8 year old girl just completely trashed ,I dream about her when it comes a storm I go nuts its like Im there all over again even the smell of mud or certain things like grass can trigger these things called flashbacks. Im taking 800 mg of seroquil but its still not really helping has anyone else been there such as ems or firemen ?please tell me how to deal with this.

A good friend of mine who is Wiccan gave me a gift of a leather bracelet, and right before he put it on my arm he kissed it... I asked him what it was for, and he stated "You'll know what it's for when the time comes." He has since moved away, and I have not ever been able to ask him what the meaning of the braclet is, or why he kissed it before

I love praiseing the LORD GOD allmighty I need to be sure about what my church should do when some members are rude Christians, they make it hard some of them for me to come. What my pastor has as leaders,for the last 5 years the church members are leaving,some of the so called leaders I don't want to follow where will we go with an attude,not a smile. I have had some bumps in the road they helped me, turly GOD has blessed everybody that has helped me. I am thankful I owe GOD not the people. They make me feel not wanted at times same old sad song. It just doesn't feel so good going to fellow ship perhaps where I have upset some church folk.

I wrote into the expert thing and she wrote me back about vitex....this is what she said Many women find it difficult to regain normal menstrual cycles after Depo or other birth control methods. Taking Vitex often helps with this. The usual recommendation is to take the herb for 3-6 full normal cycles. Sometimes normal cycles are established sooner, that varies according to other treatments, how long the woman was on the contraceptive, and overall health. It's hard to predict how quickly it will work as a permanent solution. Once it's working, most women find that they do not have to start the herb again; if that occurs, that's the time to stop self-treating and seeking out a knowledgeable professional. Some women do continue to take it for other reasons, which is fine. If you do find out you are pregnant, however, make sure you discontinue taking vitex, as it is contraindicated unless there is a specific medical reason.
