The catch is you have to keep the vehicle for the allotted time and trade it in for the next new vehicle, and that you cannot keep any unused money and you cannot modify the vehicle. However, you can add your own money towards the purchase, and you are not limited to just one vehicle.

What vehicle(s) would you choose for your first purchase.

ok me i choose the every 2 years

here is why
chances of a 50k car breaking down inside 10 years is high not to mention that most warranties expire after 3 years, so you would be up for some expensive cost if something does go wrong.

also you get 4 trade ins @ 25k compared to 1 @ 50k over that period.
assuming depreciation at approx 20% per year 25k less depreciation is 15K +25k= your new car should be about 40k

2nd car 40k- depreciation= 24k +25k= 49k

3rd car 49k- depreciation= 29k + 25k= 54k

4th car 54k- depreciation= 32k+25k= 57k

also you need to consider things like insurance costs, inflation etc, who knows in 10 year a 50k car could be the equivalent of a 25k car now?

anyway my straight answer stick with a new one ever 2 years.

my car- a mazda cx7

good luck
