the reason it does this is because the coolant in your radiator is hot, when the car is off and not moving, the car needs to cool down the coolant so it turns the fan on for a while until the temp fails to a safe level. if it didn't the car would overheat, your car is working correctly.

This is fairly common, if you have been driving for a while, either on a highway (high speed) or through city traffic (stop-and-go) then park the vehicle. The coolant in the motor suddenly stops circulating and the temperature rises rapidly, the temperature sensor turns the radiator fan on in an attempt to cool the coolant and the motor. There is probably a warning label on the radiator shroud that warns you the fan can come on with the engine turned off and to keep your hands clear! This is a normal occurance.

Nothing. The temperature sensors realize that the water pump is no longer circulating coolant in the engine and hot spots are starting to increase the temperature. The fan comes on to cool the motor and coolant. Perfectly normal. Make sure your rad is not blocked by something which would restrict cooling air going thru the rad as you drive.

There's no problem, that's supposed to happen to cool down your car. Your onboard computer keeps the fan going after the iginition is turned off if it senses extraordinarily high coolant temperature. Perfectly normal.
