I am still young, about to go to college. She is my first serious girlfriend and i am so in love with her. I can also feel that she loves me so much through our little simple ways. she is one year younger than me, and with college fast approaching, and the "many fishes in the sea belief" really bothers me. please help... some experienced successful love story advice would really help...

Detail she is 75 and has heart problems and had a lung removed last year. She wants alone time with the baby and I understand this but I'm nervous and worried that something might happen. I would be a nervous wreck leaving her there and my baby is only 5 months old and I am just not ready for her to be babysat by anyone. Problem is she won't stop asking for me to babysit and says she must babysit once a week, kind of a demand, how do I handle this?.

Yesterday I noticed that my two Kissing Fish had little tiny white lookin spots all over them, I tried to catch them to isolate them but wasnt able to, and today, all my fish except one, are dead. Is this Ick and if so, what is it and where does it come from and how can you get rid of it?

i spoiled her rotten, i was there for her every second of every day or night. anything she wanted/needed i gave her without hesitation.
i grew up with a very high respect for all women, to be treated like diamonds. but it wasn't good enough for her. i stood on the sidelines for 9 years, watching her go from boyfriend to boyfriend.
i knew i was stupid for waiting for her but i really believed that if i waited long enough, she would see that i wanted to a chance to make her happy. she was always complaining about how lazy or jerkoffs her boyfriends were, it crushed my spirit knowing that what she said she wanted out of a man was what i wanted to be to her and more. to show her that no one could treat her as good as i wanted to, i loved her as my best friend, and had feelings for her for the longest time and feel pathetic for doing so. if i did my best with her and failed, what chance do i have of succeeding with any other girl?

why do we spend so much on defence .
I live in the UK but I suppose the same question could be asked in the US.
As far as I know nobody is threatening the UK except a few fundamental muslims and even these would not threaten us if we didnt interfere with other countries .
I dont understand why our polititions think that we have the right to tell other countries how they should conduct their affairs just because we dont like the way they do it.
there was an excuse in 1939 because the nazis were going for world domination but since then no country except America has had the power or the inclination .
At the moment we are in , Iraq , Afganistan, some places in easten europe , Africa , and of course there is the abomination in guantanamo .
Did our interference in Iraq lead to the birth of Bin ladens gang and how are we different to Russia in our treatment of Afganistan .
If a muslim country wants to govern the country in a muslim way what business is it of ours .
Viet Nam again??

I'm a single guy, and I'm wondering how this will hurt chances of meeting a woman in the future. Everyone else seems to be buying houses, cars, and other materialistic things. I'm personally tired of this rat race lifestyle. I just want to have the minimal things and have some money in the bank.....

However, I feel this may hurt my chances with the opposite sex as well as how I am percieved in general....

Anyways, I'm going through with this regardless, I'm tired of this materialistic world we live in....

The valet service jammed the clutch, broke the clutch rods and then jammed the starter trying to repeatedly drive it without a clutch. My car had to be towed from the lot and was in perfect condition upon arrival. They insisted that there was no reverse when I got there (ridiculous). Additionally they were rude, and the claims dept claims it can't pay me as it's a mechanical problem. There were security cameras. Building was an upscale Beverly Hills building mall and my car is a 1987 (but very clean.) Do I have a chance in small claims court?

Dad is suffering from advancing Alzheimers. Mum died last April. Dad served in the Paras in WW2 in France,Holland,Germany & Palestine & was wounded twice. He worked for the same Company (Tate&Lyle) from Demob in 1946 to retirement at 65. I feel the country OWES him (I'm off my soapbox now!) My idea is: He sells the house to me,my brother & sister for a nominal sum and becomes our tenant. Would this work?
