Question for knowers of scientific things, if a more primitive form of life is more survivable than a?

more advanced on, for whatever reason in a given area, or even equally survivable, can a Species devolve to resemble a previous evolutionary stage? I guess in my mind I am thinking about whales and dolphins coming to resemble fish again. So my question is, how is it known that all hominids are becoming less apelike and more man like, and some are not examples of taking a step to more apelike features because for whatever reason, those features make him more survivable? (A heavy skull and brow ridge, for example)

iPhone without Cingular contract?

I planed one friend who lives in usa to buy me the iphone,but i saw that's the price with 2 years contract with Cingular.Can i buy it without this contract,cause i live in Europe and in my country there isn't Cingular??

Need to know the name of the song featured in this show?

For those who saw Men in Trees tonight, what is the name of the song featured at the end of the show. Sung by a female artist, and kinda jazzy if I recall...

I'm stucked in the middle between 2 relationships. Is there any one can tell me what to do?

Guess I'm a lucky woman. I was loved by 2 different type of guys. One is young and sexy but with average income. The other is a more rich but ok looked middle age guy. They both haven been really good to me. And I don't know whom should I give up. Am I stupid or what?
