Badly in need to pay off debts of ard 15k...........where in singapore that i can a friendly loan with agreements signed? i am in a dilemma now.............

well.....i cant go banks as my salary is below 1.8k....and i even went to others like cooperatives but they need a guarantor.....cant even find a gurantor as all are tied up already or having the B on them................sigh!

No such thing as a friendly loan..the ads may say they are a friendly company but miss a payment and see how much they like you!!!!!
Loans are based on ability to repay, the worse your credit rating or ability to pay the higher the interest.
if you are desperate for a loan that is the absolute worst time to sign up for one as you will be more willing to settle for unfair conditions such as very high interest rates over very long periods.
If you are already in debt DONT take out another loan , talk to the lenders and explain the situation.It may not be as bad as it seems.

get from bank..like dbs cashline (loan up to twice your salary)
