If my milk has a "sell by" date on it, does that mean it needs to be consumed by then or just purchased by then and, if that's the case, how long is the milk acutally good?

Here is my thinking:
2 years from now Iraq will still be a disaster (clearly -- nobody thinks it will be over/better in 2 years -- even the most optimistic)

The American people will be even more sick of the war than they are now (as shown in the mid term elections), and will want someone who promises to withdraw soon (regardless of your opinion on the matter, this is what the bulk of the people will want)

The Democratic candidates will all be able to promise that. The Republican candidates will be in a bind -- they clearly would like to say "the war was bad, I can get us out better than the Democrats can). But it will be awkward for them to criticize a sitting president (ie say it was a mistake to send the extra troops) -- and if they try to they will loose his support on the campaign trail. It seems like they will be forced to have an awkward "I support the Presidents actions in the past, but now it is time to get out" -- it just might be a hard message to run on. Thoughts?

Do you like chest hair on a man? I got mine waxed off and my wife doesn't seem to care. Maybe it's because I have only a weak tan. Do I need the tan to not look like some teenager?

By the way I am not scrawny I am fairly muscular...not quite a six pack but fairly flat stomach.

Should I let the hair grow back or get a tan and keep on a' waxin?

Just wondering if anyone out there has tried Amino Sculpt. It's a liquid supplement that is suppose to be like a 5 in 1 type. I am doing a nutrition program and exercise now. But just wanted to know if I should even purchase this amino acid supplement. Here's a couple of links that I found it on:

It's a stupid question I know but a friend at work brought it up and i'm convinced he's made it up. He couldn't remember the stars of the show or any other details. Please bear in mind that my friend has an over active imagination(drug related) and so it is quite possible that this show does not exist.
From what he said, the era of the show was around the time of The A-Team, Dempsey and Makepeace, Six Million Dollar Man, Cagney and Lacey etc.
Also, this show is probably American but it was shown in the UK.
If it helps, the star of the show wore black gloves(possibly)

The adolescent name calling, I mean?

Do some people actually believe/expect that they will help resolve any significant political issues, or raise unique, new points of view on issues?

Or is the bulk of the activity here in the Politics section just a lot of hot air and "I know you are but what am I?"

How would a former history teacher/professor of yours react to the majority of the postings here?

And oh, here's one: anyone in here a history major?

Enjoy the film and feel free to rate it with stars located below the screen. First person to tell me where the next stop is gets the ten points.

I'm 27 and went out on an amazing first date with a 23 year old woman last night. We met for dinner at 6, then went out for drinks and then went to her place to talk and I didn't get home until about 1 am. She's fantastic and when I left she gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. I want to ask her out on another date, but how long should I wait to call her? She's having a friend coming in from out of town tonight that won't be leaving until Saturday and I don't want to disturb her while she has company. I was thinking of calling her today and asking her to lunch on Sunday or Monday. Any thoughts?

I'm going to get the spelling wrong but it is the word "Punome" and I've heard it before to replace the word "mouth". There is a scene in "meet the folkers" where Barbara Streisands character grabs and squeezes her son's face and says "look at the punome". Where does this word come from? Is it another language?
