neck prblems. Very very painful. i have days when I can't move my neck hardly at all and some nites it wakes me up with a hot head
achy sensation running from my neck,up the back of my head.
I know i need to see doctor but I have a 2000 deduct. I use to love to go to bed and now I don't cause my neck hurts.

Try a hot compress around the area every night

First thing I would look for would be a new pillow. The other thing I would consider would be a chiropiractic adjustment. The don't cost that much and you would probably greatly benefit from it. I live with neck pain every day...some are worse than others..due to a car accident. I went through 2 years of pain management treatments...spent thousands of dollars on treatment, injections, etc. After all that.. the best solution for me was a chiropractor. Costs me about $18.00 a visit! Good Luck!

See a doctor or problem could get worst then you won't be able to do a lot of things.
