It was explained to me by friends of mine whose parents are in the military that they are given a choice of where they want to be "abroad". Apprently this includes Hawaii.

How do they determine which soldiers will go, for example, Iraq? Especially if the soldier chooses Hawaii or something for his time abroad? There are units (not a military person, so sorry if I use the wrong terms!) that are going out for the 2nd or 3rd time. Is it based on need of the army and the specialty of the soldier?

I'm not looking for judgments about the war or Islam. I'm rather confused about the logistics of the military, that's all.

Do you not think that your religion is number one in this world? And, should i not think that mine is number one? And do you not feel your language is a wonderful one? And in the same way will i not consider mine, the wonderful language in all? So until 'you' and 'me' exist, and 'yours' and 'ours' are present here, how can be the total peace and acceptance for 'others' in this world? And more and more new organisations, religions, political parties etc., etc., are creating the distance between the other man of opposite groups. Do you under stand the fact? And what is the remedy for it? How, as we all, the human beings can live in this world without any conflicts and wars? And is there any way for our unity as a whole?

The man I love will be going on a "roadshow" begging at the end of January. . . He will be gone for nearly 2 months. . .

Hi,
I have asian hair... don't know if it matters. And I had gone to this one place where the guy was amazing. (Floyd's in College Park... named We (sp?). Anyways he had to leave and Floyd will not tell me where he went. And I was hoping someone who could tell me if they have him. (His Thai or Viet). Or any good hair dresser/cutter, who is creative and good with asian hair? Thank you.

I'm currently putting myself through college and i've come up with an easier way to support myself rather than work 35-40hrs per week. The shingle roof homes where i live are covered with a fungus (blue-green algea) and not only is it an eyesore but it destroys the roof over time. I'll be cleaning the roof. I've grown up in the construction business so otherwise i have some how-to knowledge ... but to begin this one man operation i need to establish a name. Also, "Roof Cleaning" is out of the question. Thanks for the input and if i choose to use any name, without modification, i'll contact him/her and send $100.
