What should I do???
I am a really caring guy and there is this girl I like, We are both sophmores and have known each other a long time and we both know we like each other. She is mostly "anti touch " she was when I met her and for alittle while after. but we have grown closer and i really like her, but I think she will not like to hold hands or hug, and I respect her so I don't. even though I am a more touchy kind of guy. and I mean with everybody I always love hugs any time from most anyone.SO WHAT SHOULD i DO TO GROW CLOSTER IN OUR RELATIONSHIP. and I want mature answers, and please do not mention sex I am saving that for marraige.

It's a two yr old computer and everything looks fine. I went away on vacations for a month and now that I am back it does not want to turn on at all. I have tried connecting it to a different wall power supply and it's the same. Monitor and all equipment around is on but computer does not come on. No sound of fans and no beeping neither. The last bad thing I knew about my computer was that the virtual memory was low due the pictures and music I have in it. Could that be the reason? It still had 60% of regular memory, but virtual memory was very low. Any ideas? Should I spend $$$$ fixing it? Or do U have another idea? HELP! I already checked cables, cords and all that and nothing works... What else can I do? No jokes please... I am very frustrated.

Anyone have vegetarian parents and resented them for the way you were raised?
I mean did you feel you missed out on turkey dinners or burgers like your friends were having(?)
Or, are you grateful they gave you a foundation for eating healthy?
Just curious if there is anyone with vegetarian parents and what their offspring have to say about it.
Have you experienced better health than your omnivore friends?

My opinion: Most people know it's best, but some have no choice but to bottle feed. I have two kids (6 and 6 months). With my oldest, breast-feeding was no problem and he NEVER had formula. My daughter is both breast and formula fed. My supply is low because she had a hard time latching on properly at birth. Her little mouth was too small for the nipple and caused severe pain and scabbing of the nipples. So I had to supplement her while I healed. Because I did it that way, my full supply did not come in. I had enough to feed her but not to completley satisfy. It did make me feel like a failure because people kept saying breast is best. I know that and use both methods. I don't think people need to have it throwen into their face, sometimes it can't be helped. What's your opinion? This was a question in a parenting magazine.

I have an older '83 Datsun 4 x truck that has always been a good reliable truck. Without warning all of a sudden it starts making a tapping noise, and in low gear it has little power. I have not driven it since, because I think it may be a rod ready to go, even though it has oil in it. Could it be a lifter or what? Once you get it in a higher gear it runs fine but still has that tapping noise.

Is it because Jesus said "Blessed are the meek"? Is it because Jesus was crucified by the Romans rather leading an army against the Romans and kicking their butts? Or, are some faithful, devout Christian men not wimps at all? (P.S. I am not trying to offend anyone. Rather, I really want to understand whether a man can be masculine and macho and also a faithful, devout, serious Christian--and if this is possible, how can is done in a world that measures men by how tough they are, how rich they are, how successful they are, how beautiful their wife or girlfriend is, etc.)

I have a science project. We have to work with a partner. I arranged to meet with my science partner after school. I like her, but I don't know her very well.
Then I have my best friend in the whole entire world. About 10 minutes ago, she called and asked me if she could come over tomorrow. Her parents will be out and they don't want her staying alone. (They are overprotective.)
I said yes to her before I remembered I had already agreed to go over to Sarah's house.

Fact 1: The project is due in a month.

Fact 2: My best friend has done a whole bunch of amazing things for me
Fact 3: I don't want to flake out on Sarah
Fact 4: My friend needs somewhere to go after school until 4: 45.
Fact 5:It's the day before Friday, the day I planned to go to Sarah's house and the day my friend needs to come over.
Fact 6: My friend rarely asks favors of me
Fact 7: I don't want to leave my friend out while Sarah and I work on our project

im in 8th grade and in college prep math i always do my homework and i get it and everything and i get like 33/30 points on my homework but when it comes to test i always freak out and forget it ALL so then i fail the test and the test is most of the grade and i never get a better grade than a C+ in the class because the test is most of the grade average what can i do to help myself calm down and relax and not forget everything for the test

Sometimes I feel as though my humbleness and kindness can get taken advantage of. I am currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program at a local college and just recently became aware that a misdemeanor may hurt me. We have contacted certain people and have not really been given a strait answer. My question is "Am I able to get a State licence in Texas with a misdemeanor on my record?" and "Does anyone know of someone who has come across this??" My misdemeanor was NOT a "conviction" and I've been told that only convicted misdemeanors will prevent one from getting a licence. I have been turned down for 2 jobs already and things are starting to get scary. PLEASE HELP!!!
