About a partial lower denture?

hello, I have a question, If i wear a lower partial denture (front lower teeth) will people notice??? will they be able to tell???

Depends on the type of partial you get, and if it is cast in metal (the clasps) and even if they are, make sure your dentists has them set as close to your gum line as possible. I work in a dental office and for the most part, people are quite pleased with their partials.

There are all kinds of partials, so we can't really answer you here. It depends on your dentist.
