They recently annoucned an 18% sales growth, an energy drink partnership with Coke, new management and entry into the Asian markets. Historically earnings have been terrible.

When is it time to buy? Should I wait for the earnings reports?

Most of my guy friends still think like that, but with all the spastic feminists around I don't know if it's dying out.

Oh, and by "protective" I mean not letting a girl walk alone late at night if it's a rough area, or even just helping her carry something heavy.

I myself like the idea that a guy is watching out for me... and plus me and him combined could do a whole lot more damage to a potential mugger than just me alone. =P

My parents are in serious debt due to the total standstill of the real estate market. They own two properties in Florida.. one in the Port charlotte area that is a newly built house and one in the Sarasota area that is a old house but totally newly renovated with a huge lot. Also the house that they live in has been for sale for almost a year with no success. NOTHING is selling with little interest. Is there any help they can seek to try to "ride out" these horrible real estate times until things get better? All they need is to sell one property and it will save them. Also their income is low. I would like to become a nurse because ever since i was a little girl i have grown up around the medical feild. My mother is a LPN and has been a nurse for over twenty years, that inspires me to become a nurse because i see that she really cares about her job and the people. Being a nurse is alot more than money to me, its caring for the patients and being able to spend some one on one time with them to show them that i really care about there health. Getting into Knoedler really means alot to me because after this i would like to further my education and become a Hospice Nurse and help people that don't think they can be helped. I also want to be a nurse because i know that i have the sensitivity to deal with the sick and the patients to deal with them also.

Hopefully I will explain this well!

My sister has a 4 year old who attends preschool. She goes 3 days a week, and it's a decent amount of money. Last month she missed the whole month of school because they went on a trip.

Okay, now my Dad is very ill, and will not last very much longer. My sister is staying with my parents to help take care of him at home. He does not want his grandchildren to see him, so my sisters children are staying with their other grandparents. Now my 4 year old niece is screaming saying she doesn't want to go to school and that she misses her mom. My sister doesn't know what to do. Obviously her daughter is having a hard time with her away, and she doesn't want her to miss school because she already missed a month.

My parents live about an hour away (more with traffic) from my sister.

Any ideas on how my sister can handle this situation? I wish I could help, but I live across the country and I am flying out there on Thursday.

OK, lets say you as an employer (store owner) who normally opens up at 11am, show up late to work due to traffic, at lets say 11:30am, and an employee who's scheduled to work at 11am, shows up at 11:10am, but you're not there, is he or she entitled to get paid for the time spent outside waiting for you?

History has proven that backing down from a jihad is no guarantee that the enemy will stop fighting. Recent history shows us that ignoring small attacks (at least 8 during Klintin's 2 terms) is a great way to get hit with a big one(9-11, in case you have your head up your ****). Knowing all of this, DummyKraps still want to throw up the white flag and bring the troops home. If we did that, and the terrorists followed us back to wage war on our own turf (as they have in the Netherlands and in France, which have more of an appeasement attitude), would that be an indication of failed Liberal ideals, or is there some canned response to blame it on Bush?

Hi have a 6 month old bosc monitor. He is going to grow between 4 and 6 feet and is already very fierce and viscious. I have handled him as much as possible but it doesn't seem to be working. I have another chinese water dragon and they get on fine, its just with people. Anyone have idea's as I dont want a 4, 5 or 6 foot biting lizard!! :(

We went to this festival with my mum's relative (tourist) and while we were looking @ a stall this guy came & he started showing us things and all that. I thought he was a tour guide of the festival but then he kept chatting to me and he even asked for my number. Altho i have a phone i lied and said i don't have a phone. He wanted to give me his number though but i said no. He followed us to the car park then my lil' bro ran to the car and locked the doors. (We were with my mum and the relative then tho)

THinking about this is making me feel sick and i refused to eat 2day's dinner. i don't want to tell my parents. Whenever we go out i always worry that i might bump into that guy. Pleeease help. How can i get over this??!

P.S I wouldn't have minded if the guy was still young but that guy was OLD!! Like double my age!! (I am 13 and i think he was in his 30's)
