how rare is it for a 41 year old man to have never had a cavity? i have all my wisdom teeth as well.?

Pretty rare, but I've seen a few cases of that. Nice job brushing and flossing, and you must have a good diet.

well this is quite rare but as long as u go on ur regular check ups & scaling appointement there is nothing to worry abt
