I live in Ozzie and it is a really good show, my fav. I didn't hear a thing about in being cancelled!!
I'm really bummed now.
The sad thing is it finishes up on my Birthday =' (
It's probley being cancelled because Marissa was the only intersting one!

The O.C. is an American television comedy-drama program broadcast on the FOX Network in the United States and on various networks around the world. The series, created by Josh Schwartz, debuted on August 5, 2003. The show details the lives of young adults and their families growing up in affluent Orange County, California. On January 3, 2007, FOX announced the series will end after its fourth season. The last episode will air in the US and Canada on February 22, 2007.

The reason shows are cancelled is because they're not making enough profit. It's all about the $$$$$$$$$$$.

Low ratings / not enough viewers. The show went from having like 10 million viewers a week to only 4 million.
