I have a friend I met online a couple of years ago and we've been corresponding ever since. Lately we've been talking a lot more and sending stuff to each other through the mail. I even sent her a fairly large Christmas present awhile back. Anyway, I went away for the holidays and forgot my phone. When I got back, I noticed she had called a couple of times and sent me some text messages. I tried to call her but got no answer so I left her voice and text messages letting her know I forgot my phone while away. I went to her Myspace page and also left her a message there, but I have yet to recieve a response. So here's the thing: she's been on Myspace since I've left those messages and she's not replying to them. The only thing I can think of that might have upset her is that I mentioned I'd been sending her a lot of things lately and for some people that could be seen as strange. I told her I just had a big heart and I wasn't a wierdo, basically. Do you think she's mad at me?

I'm driving through the hills, just because I can, on a warm summer night. The trees on the roadside (and the kangaroo I'm sincerely glad didn't jump out in front of me) are silhouetted in the moonlight. On my lap lies a big chunk of double brie I've been idly nibbling at as I drive. Makes me appreciate freedom. :)

i have enlarged pores on my face n have quite a few suggestions alrd.but i still have qns..i was advised to use steamers to open up my pores before cleansing.do i do so evryday or only when i would be using my mask evry3times a week?also i am advised to rinse with cold iced water to close up my pores after cleansing.hw long do i need to rinse aft steaming the face for 15mins so as to really close up the pores?

I'm car shopping right now and have fallen in love with the Saturn Ion 2. One big problem though: The windshield looks like I'm looking through a magnifying glass. All images are distorted around the edges and my eyes hurt when I drove it. Has anyone else out there encountered this problem with a Saturn?

Current solution in mind: Purchasing the Ion (great price, great drive) and replacing the windshield (non-Saturn). Does this make any sense to anyone else?

Any opinions/statements would be a great help. Thanks

okay.. I live near BSU in Idaho, and for our team to play in a bowl game, and pull off a perfect season is incredible. I don't usually watch sports, I usually don't even watch the superbowl...I wanted to watch the fiesta bowl sooooooo bad! It's been "the talk" since last night here, and I had to freakin work and I missed the game, dangitt! Was it THAT awesome? Can you fill me in on what I missed? I'm really proud of our team, and wish I could have seen that game.

I've never really had a problem with this before but in the past few days I've been feeling uncomfortable from stomach acid. I get full faster when I eat and my appetite has decreased. I have just gotten over a stomach bug...could this be a reason for extra acid in my system? I'm just skeptical because this has seemed to come on all of the sudden.

Everything visible but lifeless is man made including the holy books, religions etc. Since they are all man made, the question is we must make the right choice of the best man made to follow. None can say he knows everything the moment he was born. He needs to learn from others including the experiences which are all man made. That can then help him to choose the best for himself.

The cost of 10 oranges and 5 apples is 3.35. Twenty-four oranges and twelve apples cost 8.04. Find the cost of each orange and each apple.

I have to use the methods of comparison or elimination, or substitution.

Every time I try it is always gets cancelled out. These are the equations I get out of the word problem:

R = oranges and A = Apples

10R + 5A = 3.35
24R + 12A = 8.04

Maybe someone can show me the procedure and how to get the answer. It would be very appreciated. Thank you ahead of time.
