I lost a lot of weight and dropped two dress sizes (from a 12 to an 8) due to stress in the summer.

I found that eating regular meals, and a balanced diet really helped to put all the weight back on.

Eat plenty of meat, fish, rice pasta, veggies and the odd sweet snack in between. it worked for me. I've just got back to my normal weight again. Try not to rush it, just be sensible.

Please don't try eating McDonald's every night, as some people have suggested here. It's unhealthy in the long term and they're are much better foods out there than reconstituted meat and fries! Although have one every now and again by all means!

Rememeber exercise is still important too!

A trip to the doctors might help in terms of getting more professional advice though, as I am not a professional and have no knowledge of you're background.

Don't worry about it, my wife was very skinny she was under 7 stone for a long time, only in the last 3 years she has put on weight and is now almost 9 stone now, she is 55 on wednesday but had tried everything when she was young and no matter what and how she ate she couldn't put an ounce on, just make the most of what you have and have confidence in yourself it's you're personality that matters not you're weight. A lot of fat girls will be envious of you for being slim.

You should just eat more. But make sure you are eating healthy, because many people think that just because they are trying to put on weight that they can eat a big mac and fries for every meal, while in reality you should just eat more good carbs, protein, and fruits and veggies. Good luck!
