Anyone knows of websites that teaches white magic,step by step?

A curse was put on my friend by her ex.He used tattoos to put that curse on her.It's a dolphin and a chinese sign tattoos.If anyone can help I would appreciate it.No jokers please.I'm sick of people thinking they know.I want people that really knows the answers to answer me.Thank you.

I dont know of any websites that give step by step instruction - however i found Fiona Horne's book Witch, A Magikal Journey extremely informative and great step by step instructions. It was published in 2001 by Thorsons. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
