okay.. I asked this boy out.. and I've gone out with him before. but he said no.. becuase he didnt know me that well.. but he went out with me 2 years ago.. and we met at the beginning of the school year.. and went out in the second semester.. what i dont get is why he went out with me then.. and wont now.. and this is the boy I danced with and stuff at our dances.

That sounds like an excuse to me, because surely if he didn't know you then going out for a few dates would be the perfect way to learn more about you.
I think he just isn't interested but doesn't want to hurt your feelings. Sorry :(
But then again, I don't know the ins and outs of it, so I could be wrong.

It could be that he likes you as a friend but doesn't like you that way. He doesnt know how to let you down any easier. But thats just what this guy would say
