2x-2/3y=-7 is standard form, change it into point slope intercept form

2x-2/3y=-7
2/3y=2x+7
2y=6x+21
y=3x+10.5

then plug in one of the pairs, if it doesn't work the other one is correct.

these are always written as x,y

so subsitute
2(-3/2) - 2/3 (6) = -3-4= -7
