Ok well to make a long story short one of my friends was playing Wii-bowling and hit the remote on a glass table. Now the controller does not recongnize any motion and is essentially useless. I've tried everything to get it to work, even tried to use it on my friends Wii system.

Now here is my plan and I am wondering if it will work. I was thinking of buying a new wii-mote from a store and then swapping the broken one with the new one and just go back later in the day complaining it does not work. Does anyone know the policy of this for stores like Gamestop, best buy, target? To my knowledge there is not any serial number attached on the remote so they can't verify it being the same one I bought.

And before someone says it, yes i'm looking to steal one for free because of my friends mistake, and no I do not care so please no preaching from your moral high-horse.

Sherlock Holmes was first presumed dead after his fall with Professor down the waterfall but he resurrected again only to retire to a simple life.
Then he resurfaced in Tibet (ref:Mandala of Shelrock Holmes) where he once again had a meeting with Professor (who also didn't die but was presumed to be dead!!).
Now after the event in Tibet was over ;where is Sherlock Holmes now?He can't be alive as he'll be more than 100 years old;so it means his dead.Where did he die finally?Where are his last remains?

I have a JVC Digital Still Function WIDE(16:9)MODE Data Battery Video Camera. I installed the software that came with it, and I've plugged it into it's USB ports on the camera and on the computer, but no introduction splash screen pops up, what am I doing wrong?

Will it even transfer the tape that I recorded with it onto the computer?

I would like it to transfer so that I can burn the video off the camera onto a DVD, as my computer has a DVD burner in it.

I met this guy on myspace. He in turn introduced me to his brother who also joined myspace even though he didn't like it. I guess for me, I have no idea. Over the first couple of weeks we got really close, I know all of his secrets. We would talk for hours at first. And then it got less and less. In the mean time his brother and his girlfriend broke up and my guy went for her and told me that we couldn't talk anymore. That lasted about a day. They split up and he told me that he doesn't want me to leave him. But because we fought about it I don't think our friendship will ever be the same. In the last couple of weeks I have told him that I love him but I know he doesn't feel the same. Before Christmas I told him that I didn't think we should talk for a while because I needed a little bit of time to get over him. He still messages me. Twice now he has called me sexy and then avoids me like he didn't mean to say it. He also still talks to this other girl.

2months now that im on this no grain no sugar diet.first month, i lost 16pounds.2nd month nothing.no pound lost but i can actually see the difference.inches decreasing.why is that?when dieting,arent we suppose to lose weight thus shrink at the same time?when i lost pounds there was no difference.my jeans were still tight.now the stupid scale wont move but my cloths r loose.any idea?

Three builders were just sitting down on top of a skyscraper to eat their lunch
The first builder slammed his lunchbox in disgust
"My wife has made me a cheese sandwich!"
The second builder does the same and complains that his sandwich is cheese as well
