I wanted to know what you thought good film or not it seemed to divide opinion among the critics.

Yes. I remember it. It sure did star Tom Cruise and Tim Curry. It sure was directed by Ridley Scott. And, did you know that the sounds the unicorns make was actually made from recordings of humpback whales? Pretty cool.

Just had to throw that in for the sake of a more in-depth answer to a rather general question. ;-)

I think Legend is an excellent film, one of the best that Tom Cruise has been in.

Yes, I remember the film Legend I was about 13 years old I thought it was a great film then and it's still a great film now as a matter of fact it's one of my favorite movies.

Well it was a good movie for its time.... makeup was very good for Tim Curry - almost didn't recognise him!!!
Still quite a good film.... kinda like the film Labyrinth with David Bowie!!! - young (now famous) people who star in a wierd film

Aye. It was about The Lord Of Darkness trying to destroy daylight I think. 1985. Tim Curry played The Lord Of Darkness.

Yes, I own it. You can get a set of CD's that have the regular version and a Director's Cut. Didn't like the Director's Cut very much. Very awesome movie!

yeah i remember it...the director's cut is also available on dvd, i believe.

maybe only good movie tom cruise ever made

and who can forget tim curry as evil...old frankenfurter himself!

I enjoyed it, thought it was a great fantasy movie... Mia Sara as the damsel in distress, she played Ferris Beullers girlfriend as well... What ever happened to her?...
