2months now that im on this no grain no sugar diet.first month, i lost 16pounds.2nd month nothing.no pound lost but i can actually see the difference.inches decreasing.why is that?when dieting,arent we suppose to lose weight thus shrink at the same time?when i lost pounds there was no difference.my jeans were still tight.now the stupid scale wont move but my cloths r loose.any idea?

not all the time
there is a loss initially
than as u gain muscle mass u dont loose fast
and if u starve yourself
body learns to live on less food
