Exercise...I always felt tired before too, then I forced myself to get up at 7 and exercise in the morning on my stationary bike and I feel so much better, even though I am sleeping less...I do sleep better too now though!

There are alot of reasons to cause tiredness. I get this very badly before my period for about a day. I am on a very healthy diet, yet I still get fatigued on and off throughout the month. I seen a program late last night about the colon being blocked up and that can cause major fatigue. Of course they were selling a natural pill, but I read online that flax seed is very good at cleansing the colon so I am going out to buy a bag of Flax. I am not a doctor, but this sounds like a likely cause. Walgreen's sells a bag of Flax you can eat in the snack section for a dollar and it's all natural. It makes sense to me. After years of eating, stuff gets stuck to the walls in your colon and turns into toxins causing a numerous amount of problems in the body, from acne to fatigue to bloating, etc... If you have done nothing to cleanse your colon, it might be time to think about it. The older we get, the worse blockages get. Cleanse yourself, try Flaxseed and read more about the colon online. I hope this helped. Have a great day.
PS: When I need a burst of energy I take a tsp or two of honey. This is a great energy booster.

Or you may have a sleeping disorder. Start by making an appointment with your doctor and explaining your symptoms to him/her. I had the same problems and I found out that I have severe Sleep Apnea. I now have a breathing machine that helps me sleep at night but I am sleeping better than I have in years!

Sleep. Well balanced diet. Excercise. Drink plenty of water. If you are still tired seek medical evaluation. Could indicate many problems from low iron to thyroid problems to many other possibilities. Routine labs and physical exam should determine your problem. Best of health.

You probably have an iron deficiency. That means you need to take your vitamins and mineral supplements every day. Make sure you take one with iron. I bet you'll feel better in a day or two.
