Recently I had to get the hot water valve changed on my central heating but since then whenever water reaches its temprature set at the water cylinder it makes a thud noise. Is it normal because it didn't used to make this noise before the valve change. Any ideas please.

The CD sleeves I'm talking about are approx. 4x5 inches and they have 4 ring-holes. I've seen cases with sleeves like this shipped with HP server software, MS Technet and such, but I can't seem to find any generic one's for sale on the internet.

I'm 17, and suffer from depression, I am recieving medication for it, and by joe it helps, but my depression made me get of to a bad start this year in my new school and the teachers are aware of my 'condition' and that it affects by academic progress - I did however get 12 As at GCSE and intend to do equally well at A-level and hopefully go on to Oxford or Cambridge to do medicine - what I am worried about now is - will knowledge of my depression affect my university application? Will my school 'label' me - and will I be given priority over people who do not have my 'issues' as some people refer to them.

So I got the Sims 2 as a Christmas present, but when I try to play it a message comes up saying" "Failed to find any directX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! PLease make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter and have installed the lateset drivers provided by the manufacturur. The application will now terminate." I tried to download the DirectX thing from the microsoft website, but it still did this. Then I did some research and discovered the problem is because I have out of date video cards. They gave me some website to go to, but thay didn't help becuse I have NO IDEA WHAT SO EVER of what I am looking for. Then I did this thing that tells you about your computer and found out that I have a: Intel(R) 828106 Graphics Controller (Microsoft Corporation) When I searched this on the internet I didn't get any results. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Breakfast
Boiled Sweet potato with scramble fotu and fruits with salad.
(650 Kcal)

Lunch
vegetable sushi(sometimes salmon) and boiled egg.
vegetarian sandwiches
(About 850kcal)

fresh fruits for Snack or frozen yoghourt.
(150kcal~200Kcal)

Chicken Breast And free fat milk with oatmeal
Or Poaching fish
(500Kcal)

And I do jogged 5 miles a day
Most of family have glycosuria and I'm so worried about it.

now when i say weight train, I don't mean where I just lift a 20kg dumbell 3 times and put it back,... I mean real hard-core 4 hours of Rocky Balboa training everyday, I weigh 8.1 stones and I am already training, I am 5ft 4" tall, I am quite skinny but have big muscle (12" Biceps) ... so is it ok to weight train???
