I have this short jacket with these different colors on it what shirt should i wear under the jacket?

hearts some of the hearts are filled in and some of them are just outlines

If the jacket has loads of colours ( which it does ) then don't go for a colourful shirt, I'd say just a low cut plain white shirt with some decoration ( all white ), then maybe wear a skirt with a colour that matches ( eg. grey, because that is the main colour ). If you don't want to wear a skirt it would look go white just a pain of jeans tucked into some grey boots. Sounds like a cool jacket good luck!

Any of those colors in a solid would work. Your best bet would be to wear the same color shirt as pants or skirt to keep the jacket your main focus.

wear a solid red, white, or blue shirt or tank top. also, wear it with jeans, and heels. or if you want a more mix match look wear a graphic tee with the main color being one of the colors in the jacket.

You could white or any of the color that have more of a statement in the jacket and maybe do some silver accessories and a dark denim. I myself would do white.
