If you are wanting to improve your overall health, shortcuts aren't really the answer. If you want to be healthy, you need to combine weight training and cardio. The cardio raises your heart rate, which increases your blood flow and improves many areas. It is a higher calorie burning form of exercise. However, gaining muscle mass is important, too, because lean muscle mass increases the metabolism, which means that in addition to getting a great-looking, toned and defined body, you can increases your caloric intake a little without killing all your hard work. As far as highest levels of burn per hour, your best bets are things that condition the muscles AND elevate the heart rate. Why not try boxing and/or jumping rope. Good luck!!! ♥

If that is your picture, then it doesn't look like you have any problem! Wow! Not flirting, just impressed. Anyway, rockclimbing, if availabel, is awesome at burning carbs and calories and getting the adrenaline pumping. Otherwise, controlled pilates and strength training with weights would be the best, I would think. Good luck!
