Doesn't seem like you get all the proteins, vitamins or minerals you need. This may prevent you from gaining weight, as your body may react by getting rid off most of what you eat. If you try to vary what you eat a bit more it help. To build up your muscles, proteins is important. You can get proteins by for example eating meat or drinking protein drinks. It's also important that you get the right minerals and vitamins when you gain muscles.

Sounds pretty healthy to me. You're getting a lot of protein, which is good. Toss a few more carbs into the mix if you're working out like that. Carbs are good for energy and stamina if you don't overdue them.
You eat a lot healthier than when I was your age and ran the same amount. I lived on pizza and soda and was still thin as a rail.

you dont eat exactly a lot, but i think you should cut down on you calories. Try eating more cheeses, nuts for snack, and protein such as stews with a lot of vegetables. I can see that your not a vegetarian, so i think you should eat more beef or lamb. Its a good thing that you jogg five miles every day, but i would try to lift weights too. Your on a great start to a healthy lifesyle!!!

guys your age normally have a high metabolism
and with you working out like you do it means your body is using that energy up all the faster so,
No I do not think you eat too much.
Your weight being down from what it was is also proof of this.
Keep up the good work

You are not eating enough, in my opinion, for a seventeen year old boy. The foods you are eating are very healthy and I applaud your good sense of trying to instill good habits into yourself. I think you do need a small portion of 'good fat' in your daily diet. Best of luck and stay healthy!!

No, you eat really healthy too if you're not lying. If you jog 5 miles a day you really have nothing to worry about. If anything you're not eating enough!

No, you eat very healthy and exercise a lot. Sometimes no matter how good you eat or exercise you still get an inherited disease, but eating well and exercising will help not get another disease.
