now when i say weight train, I don't mean where I just lift a 20kg dumbell 3 times and put it back,... I mean real hard-core 4 hours of Rocky Balboa training everyday, I weigh 8.1 stones and I am already training, I am 5ft 4" tall, I am quite skinny but have big muscle (12" Biceps) ... so is it ok to weight train???

if you are 16 and only 5'4

i suggest to stop the weight training because all of that strain on your muscles is definently preventing your growth...

wait until you are... 17... going on 18

its never too late

just make sure you stay in shape by jogging and such

yes it ok.. but dont train for 4 hours you will not grow in muscle size only train for bout 1 hour to 1:30 max and keep your weight heavy and reps small you should see size in a month

The best person to ask is your PE teacher or call a personal trainer or Gym trainer. It's probably ok, but it could also maybe stund your growth or something. Sorry couldn't help more.

if you have stopped growin
as in height
go for it
but start slow
at 16 your ligaments are not upto weights
so increase slowly

yes just over don't it, otherwise ur musles will be debreved of oxegen
