long layers with face frame

Anything where the hair hangs down the sides of the face and not in the back as a tail.

If it is up or in a tail gives the face a much more rounder look.

I just got my hair cut after growing it out for a couple of years. It was down to my bra strap, and my hair is generally quite healthy, but it still wasn't a good look for me. I have fine but thick hair that is straight but kinda wavy. Suck *** hair. Anyhow....my stylist cut my hair so it sits just below my shoulders and put lots of layers to frame my face. I have had the face-frame thing before, but this time, she added a couple of strands to frame my cheekbones, too. Which actually does make my face look a bit thinner.

I have a round face, and can tell you from experience do not get anything shorter than below the shoulders, also you might want to try the face framing but not as high as they would normally start it, it has worked good for me

Do you remember about ten years ago when Jennifer Aniston got her haircut on Friends and everyone was copying it? Well, that haircut would be perfect. Ask for a shag with layers around your face. That's it! It's just that simple.
